If we look at the history of marriage, generally the wants and desires of the woman has never been in consideration; thus the idea that sex is an expected requirement of marriage has to be given some circumspection. Certainly the exchange needs to be mutual for it to be sustainable. Using a woman as a receptacle is appalling to say in words, but think how the action actually feels when a woman finds herself in that position. The lack of mutuality of exchange points a very sharp point on it. Men must learn how to speak to women's desire, and to recognize the women who respond to them and avoid the ones who do not.

It's important to understand that for women the sex begins mentally. So stimulating/seducing/inviting a woman to sex requires jump-starting her mind. If a man does not take the time to make sure he can touch her there before he touches her body, this will forever be a failure point in relationship.
